This is an exclusive VIP booking which means your event will be closed to the public. Staff will be on hand to assist with set up, but other than that you and your guests will have the entire venue to yourself!
Because your event will be exclusive you have full creative control!!!!
You decide where you want to sit, eat, decorate, dance, sing or whatever your event entails. Our venue is ultra customizable, with movable walls and flexible seating arrangements. A staff member will be on hand to assist you with setting up.
You can bring any food, snacks, or decorations you desire. Alcoholic beverages and or hookah ARE allowed! ($49 Convenience fees apply)
Bring your own playlist as you will have access to our amazing sound system. Simply hook up via Bluetooth.
Your event can be lights on, lights off, or a combination of both. (We have party lights ready to go!)
Special arrangements can be made to fit your custom event! Custom event ideas we have seen include.... date night, face painting, tattoo party, petting zoo, karaoke party, laser/glow party, video shoot, hookah, 420 and much more! (Call or text 734.394.6969 for more details)!
Need more time? Book 2 slots (8.5 hours)! Or even 3 or 4 slots back-to-back (This affords you extra time for set up, clean, up and all the in-between things!
This offer is so amazing that we unfortunately cannot offer refunds on cancellations. Re-scheduling will be allowed prior to one week before the event.
All bookings include up to 20 guests. An unlimited guest upgrade can be purchased for $49. (Our venue holds up to 100-150).
Want to add alcoholic drinks, hookah, etc. to your event? Simply add $49 "Adult party" upgrade! Must be 21 years of age with valid State Identification!

Upgrade does not include additional seating. Our venue has seating for about 30 guests. If you need more seating, you are allowed to bring tables and chairs.

If you plan to drink or smoke at your adult event you will be required to pay a $49 convenience fee. You can do so by clicking the link below or paying at the venue before your event begins.

Be sure to secure your date, and if for some reason you don't love our venue when you tour, we will issue you a full refund. (Tour must be within one week of booking to qualify for refund).
Please note that your set up and clean up time is included in your 4-hour booking. In order to offer these amazing prices, we have to operate on a strict schedule. This means we have to quickly clean and sanitize at the completion of your event so we can be ready for the next group. If you need more than 4-hours, please book 2 (or more) slots back-to-back. *** 10 PM booking will show up in your confirmation as 10pm-12am because that's how our system does it (for some reason) - but you will have until 2am!

Want to wow your guests while taking some memorable pictures, consider ordering an 8x8 Custom Banner or Step and Repeat Banner. Custom simply means that we can put any image or phrase you desire on the banner, and the step and repeat makes reference to banners that highlights a brand or multiple brands. We admit that we have not always gotten it right, and our reviews have taken a hit. But instead of downplaying them we prefer to be transparent, and let you decide for yourselves.
The mistakes we have made in the past have only made us better. Better as a business, better hosts, and in many ways, better humans. So please continue to leave reviews, good or bad. And we will continue to use them for motivation and rocket fuel!
We also ask that you read between the lines when considering our reviews. While criticism is sometimes warranted, and always welcomed, there are times when guests have gone overboard, and even made-up stories. Even worse, they recruited others to assist in the charades who had never visited our establishment. But at the end of the day, it's not about excuses or even explanations. We simply want you to know that we care what you think, and we want you and your guests to leave completely satisfied.
